BartaCRM is a SaaS CRM template for managing social sales, orders, courier workflows, COD tracking and customer follow-ups. Users are responsible for using connected Meta, WhatsApp, courier and payment services according to each provider’s policies.

Acceptable use

Do not use the system for spam, unauthorized messaging, unlawful activity or storing sensitive data without permission.

Third-party services

Meta, WhatsApp, courier and payment gateway integrations require valid accounts, permissions, app review or production credentials when applicable.
